Shane McCain

Shane McCain leads BluEdge Group and serves as Director of Commercial Real Estate for Illustrated Properties, guiding a team of specialists across commercial, land, and luxury residential markets throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

Before joining Illustrated Properties, Shane built BluEdge into a high-producing multi-discipline practice with roughly $80 million in combined commercial and residential volume. His personal brokered and consulting production has exceeded $50 million, with a strong presence in the region's most active commercial and land markets.

A CCIM Institute designee — the gold standard in commercial real estate — Shane also serves as a CCIM Board Member and 2026 President-Elect. He is a recipient of the Noble Properties Scholarship and is recognized for his strategic approach, client-first mindset, and ability to create opportunities that drive long-term value.

A Fort Pierce native, Shane brings a rare background to the business. He spent four-plus seasons with the Texas Rangers organization before entering real estate in 2018, starting in new-construction sales with Pulte Homes. That role introduced him to land acquisition, which remains a core segment of his practice today. His personal investment experience gives clients insight from the ownership side of the business, backed by deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships across South Florida.
